It’s 2020 and E3 is canceled -- and so is your annual games showcase and press conference. It’s only the biggest event of the year for your company. What to do? Ubisoft turned to us to recreate the excitement of their annual live event in an online stream. We built this virtual show from the ground up, creating a new corporate brand and identity for one of the world’s largest independent publishers. From graphics, to music, to scripting, managing a multitude of gameplay assets, and on-location film production on three continents with developers and hosts, we developed a compelling three-hour show that ended up attracting more than 10 million concurrent viewers, the largest audience in Ubisoft history for any live event. All while following strict COVID-19 guidelines and coordinating with dozens of internal studios and stakeholders.
